this way.

talkradiostan is the result of letting 1000 coordinated scripted radio stations and their 400 blowhards have a free speech free ride for the last two decades.

we even allow it to parasitize 90 major universities, which crap all over their mission statements when they rent their sports mascots to 270 limbaugh stations. those stations get community credibility and attract advertisers while using that association to sell the alternate reality- including global warming denial, public ed privatization and defunding of those same universities, teacher hate, racism, higher tuition, etc.

talkradiostan is right there blasting our communities with north korean style megaphones and progressive orgs and the dem party have been wasting our donations of money and time and playing catchup because they ignore it.

if even a few of those 90 schools were pushed to divorce themselves from rw radio others would be shamed into following and the rw radio monopoly that creates talkradiostan and keeps it going would die. so would fox 'news' which would be laughed out of the country without the groundwork repetition those 1000 coordinated radio stations do.
