42. Mood drives my desire when deciding on what chocolate to have with my evening tea.
Fri Sep 11, 2015, 04:12 PM
Sep 2015

Wife and I gather each evening in the living room, where we have tea and chocolate. Depending on my choice of tea, will determine my choice of chocolate to nibble on with it.

With lighter teas, like green, oolong, white, or herbals, I'd definitely go with a darker chocolate. While the reds, blacks, and tend to go better with milk chocolate.

It's sort of like the age old question. What wine goes with chicken? Red or white? Exactly... Both.
