26. Well, believe or not, I've met some that weren't

I have to say that the fact that they weren't insufferable pricks was due to the fact that their leaders insistently ran a professional PD instead. That they chose not to put incompetent officers on the street. That their main focus was not to generate revenue, but to serve the community instead.

It's been my observation that the cops in Fairfax Country are not any of these things.

Those guys have always been assholes, unlike the cops in Arlington, where I used to live back then.

That was quite a few years ago and things may have changed for the worst all over. But, I'm not going to sit here and claim that all cops are bad, even if far too many of them are.

My MO to is regard ALL cops as potential assholes, unless they immediately prove otherwise. And, lo and behold, some of them actually prove me wrong.
