13. Was Romney a so-called "anchor baby"

Even if Romney can prove he was born here, did his father legally immigrate from Mexico? There are many Republicans right now who want to pass legislation narrowing the 14th amendment and disqualify U.S. born children of illegal aliens from citizenship and deport them. Did Mitt's father completely comply with immigration law as it existed when he immigrated to the U.S.? Where are Romney's father's papers? Will Mexico take Romney back?
