31. Two Things

For the first time (even counting running for president last time), he's really having to deal with people that he considers below him - that's why he keeps saying stupid things like insulting NASCAR fans' rain ponchos and cookies being served him at photo-ops. It's all he can do to not flinch while exclaiming, "Eeeeeew! You're poor!"

Secondly, he's dealing with kids of people he considers below them. They're not really worth anything to him as voters, which is all he cares about right now where our guy can put aside politics and see the advantage in investing in our younger generation, not only for some nebulous future but the benefit of doing so to help make them good adults.

And I'm going to add a third - like Willy Wonka said (don't know if he was quoting anyone) - a little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.
