The reason so many of us are talking about racism despite recent progress [View all]

That is racism against minorities.

Accompanying the progress is more and more information, incidents and research that shows that despite the actual progress of recent years and decades, racism and the effects of bias against minorities is far more deep, present and institutionalized than many in the majority have realized.

We have to talk about it more not less in order to make ourselves conscious of many unconscious behaviors and biases to help overcome them in society and in ourselves.
