Working through the generations:

Miles Park Romney and Hannah Hill were married and had a son, Gaskell, who was born in the US prior to Miles Park Romney relocating to Mexico (when Gaskell was 14). Hannah was the first of Miles Park Romney's three wives and I don't see any basis on which Gaskell's status as a US citizen could be called into question by the later polygamous marriages of his father. George Romney was born in Mexico, the child of Gaskell and Amelia (who was born in Salt Lake City and presumably also was a US citizen). George Romney's parents (Gaskell and Amelia) were monogamous, so I'm not sure that any of the theories by which you suggest he might not be considered a citizen would seem to apply.

I'm not pointing this out because I have any fondness for Mitt, who I find to be loathesome scum. But before folks start making birther type arguments about Mitt (or his father), they ought to do what the Obama birthers have always refused to do: check the facts.
