Angry enough people Begin the "Fifth level of Insurrection" As they so far have: 1) Blogged (Formerly leafleting), and posted video on line 2) Complained to Police Authorities, and Supervision, 3) Gone to Court for the Economic Kick in the ass, The Police' civilian Authorities so richly deserve or the Futility of a Jury Trial, 4) and Now we are complaining to legislatures on all levels. They will continue to pay nothing but lip services and while secretly hoping The unwashed masses ether; a)accept this as the New Norm. or B) the Police begin to Police themselves as they should. IOW Why doesn't this problem Just go away. (BTW this will never happen as Power will never yield anything, and the problem has continued to get worse.)

The Fifth level of Insurrection is Ugly and Gruesome and the last time the US got their was the 60's. 5) this is just shooting/ Beating/ and Killing the police and other civic authorities at random and at times when the people doing it will just walk away, and not be caught. If they are they will become Martyrs for "the Cause" (this will be random and no centralized authority will be involved. That would indicate a Neck to be cut to end it all.) ANY Insurrection that reaches this level Has NEVER failed. The Best example of this is the Irish Insurrection, it took well over 500 years but was successful.

After this, it is just a series of escalations and tactics by authorities, and Insurrectionist, and because it's not a outright war the National guard cannot be brought in. The ATF might get involved, but Usually the authorities "Get the Message" (lets face it they don't want to end the way of Marie Antonetta, or on the unemployment line. They like it when the electorate is asleep.) and through a series of concessions and laws, will "fix the problem". However this lingering Insurrection will take years to DE-escalate. and Many Innocent people will die as a results of their to not listening to the people or being asleep at the wheel in the first place.
