Seriously folks, what are you supposed to do. Sit solemnly all day with your hands folded?

Besides, Soldiers fight for our government. Our government is run by corporations, and the very rich. So corporations send our soldiers to fight for them, not for actual Americans? What are these wars for? They are for corporate acquisition, of oil and minerals, pipeline routes, a position next to Iran to perhaps in the future send more soldiers we're going to whine about today, to make sure they funnel up their oil. They are about spending huge lucre on making military equipment and machines, so they'll make money. They are about spending money there, so we don't have to actually do what we need here, to distract from the attention of here.

So next time you see a soldier you might say "thank you for your service to the corporation." They might not know it (I think most of them do realize it eventually, who they are fighting for), but our government may be by the people, and of the people, but it is no longer "for the people." They're fighting for BP, or big Pharm, or Halliburton, or McDonnel Dougless, or Boeing, or any number of other companies.

Soldiers, do you want to help America? Don't join--don't go back, drain the swamp of American Imperialism and Jingoism.
