A box of rotini cooked drained and rinsed til cold, a bag or maybe less of frozen broccoli cooked, drained and chilled. Mayo or ranch dressing. cherry tomatoes lots of them and some chopped onions, how ever much that you like. And that is how I measure my recipes in real life. Oh it's supposed to be cold.
