16. This is a very different situation

it appears it was well planned with specific goals, rapid action and ex filtration. By all appearances it was very successfully executed. Not the usual go in and shoot until police arrive then take yourself out.

This was not a random act of violence. Without knowing many more details, further theorizing would simply be speculation.
