IMO, Trump will soon be gone and Senator Ted Cruz will become #1 in the polls.
A senator is someone who is usually respected (for the most part) by his fellow senators. Yet, from everything I've read, the other 99 senators, (Democrats and Republicans), loathe him. As in: His 99 colleagues really hate his guts.
Imagine what it takes for a senator to earn that kind of venom. But in the case of Cruz, it seems to be deserved.
He's well educated, (a Harvard grad), yet his education has taught him nothing about human interaction, empathy, or basic human decency. The man peddles poison like a 19th century huckster selling snake oil. And in the area of religion, he seems to be following in the footsteps of his fundamentalist father. Cruz's religious beliefs seem to be mostly about hatred.
For the past six months, we've been either laughing at, or fearing Donald Trump. But the real danger in this election is Cruz. And it's necessary for everyone to understand this before the GOP establishment shrugs their shoulders and anoints him as their candidate.
Ted Cruz is dangerous because it's conceivable he can be elected president. And imagine what that would mean in terms of his being "The Commander in Chief", not to mention the kind of people he would appoint to the Supreme Court.
We can't let this happen.
