I'm way south of you, but unheard of weather here too.
On Christmas Day, I was working in the garden...85 degrees.
The grass is greening way too soon.
The buds on our fruit trees are swelling because they think it is Spring. Like last year, I expect a hard freeze next that will kill all of our young fruit.
If this is the New Normal, then we are all fucked.....UNLESS
you let me plant tomatoes and melons in your back yard.
Bad year last year. everything cooked on the vine...few plants actually produced.
I have learned one thing....you can always count on beans.
