The president's executive action is made up of half measures that he can take w/o congress. The headline you responded to states "Navy Seal and NRA spokesperson Marcus Lutrell backs Obama / universal background checks on guns".

Now what part of that do you so ridiculously take issue with? The part wherein you know that Obama wants universal background checks but can't make that happen with an EA?
