Are you in education, btw?

I was reading the property clause in the Constitution because of this, and it's only one rather long (of course) sentence. I read somewhere, though, that people who avoid reading tend to lose about 5 years or so of reading comprehension within a few years of leaving school. So if these guys are as averse to written sources of information as they seem, that would suggest reading around the level of a not-especially-bright 13-year-old.
