22. On a personal "micro" level I could never support a draft.

Hell, I won't even join a club, or go to a gym. However, I can see that with a draft you get the possibility - and when the going gets too stupid, the probability - of an actual mutiny; and such mutinies pretty much ended WWI and Vietnam, as well as giving the world that mixed blessing, the Soviet Union.
