Scrape off the shallow frosting that makes Trump so appealing to people who have weak critical thinking skills, and he is just the current version in a long line of Republican rabble rousers that have bolted from reality on a chorus of populist fantasies. From the likes of Palin, Gingrich, Perry, Cain, Buchanan, and now Trump these are the troglodyte cast members from "Idiocracy". Trump's followers demand miracles along with their quest for validation, and expect him to roll back time and magically make them rich, feared, and attractive to women if he would only promise to restore their flaccid impotence.
