20. From the posting habits of some around these here parts...

I wonder how much time some of them spend on other boards or in other areas of the Internet...

Not much, I'll bet.

I'm rarely to be found on tribal boards these days. It's a bad idea. They become paranoid rapidly and develop almost inescapably into attention sinks. Even my facebook profile is becoming drenched in silly pseudopolitical wafflings. I switch most of it off these days as I have no desire to fall out with my friends.

It's a pity. It's nice to feel a bit like a big fish in a small pond... but it's not good for you in the long run.
