(3,111 posts)I'm really wondering when folks will wake up to the fact that these leaders of our party do not represent the average American, Black or White or any flavor, anymore. It is increasingly just so shockingly obvious.
If we don't wake up, and come together around someone with a plan to fix this, we are really going to be drowning, each and every one of us, from the most unfortunate all the way through the middle class.
They are Corporatacrats. They work for the corporations and the elites. They do not work for us, even when they pretend to.
Oh, they may throw a crumb from time to time. That's another thing they will do, to keep us believing and hooked.
But,
Who is going to fight Climate Change, like the end of the world scenario it is quickly becoming?
Who is going to really fight for some kind of economic prosperity for all Americans, not just the few?
Who is going to keep us from our usual interventionist ways in too much war?
Who is really going to be steadfast in fighting racial injustice?
I know my answer, and I remain confident (through his actions and words over so many years) that he will remain true to all these causes.
