sovereign nation simply because it's controlling its own resources and trying to make the rest of Africa independent of the predatory IMF and not enable AFRICOM its 'goals' for the rest of Africa.

Foreign policy that destroys the lives of millions isn't really admirable, for me. I don't care who does it.
