Nothing to indicate he wants to "put a dent in the job growth in CA," just that he's talking to businesses about the advantages of operating in FL as opposed to CA.

Wages are generally most companies largest expense. There's one reason, among others, that companies relocate.

Look, if you got 2 kids in a neighborhood who are willing to mow a lawn, and they both do an equally good job, but one charges $20 and another charges $10, who are you going to get to cut your lawn? Do you really care if the $20 kid is on your block and the $10 kid is 3 blocks over? I know who I'm going to choose. That's America!
