I just worry they'll try marginalize this through a bunch of zoning technicalities. Seems like they always put in a bunch of crazy restrictions against retail shops not being within 1000 feet of schools and other absurd stuff. It's still literally miles better than the progress my state has made on this issue. Our government failed to even pass a restrictive MMJ bill, and the people planning a ballot initiative gave up for the time being.
