13. When I started smoking 20+ years ago I never would have dreamed

That it would be legal in any state let alone 4 and counting. The festering rememants of just say no were still driving the conversation and the gateway drug argument was still prevalent. Legalization seemed like a fantasy.

I still live in a deep red state but have experienced the joy of being able to purchase weed legally on a visit to a nearby state. The first time I did it the experience nearly brought tears to my eyes.

Anyway, here's to progress no matter what form it takes.
