Chuggo is a Canadian rapper. A really terrible one. He has a cult following on DU. His "hit" single was "Ah, C'mon" which included the line, "C'mon, fucking guy." except he's a mumblemouth so it comes out like "C'mon, fuck a guy."

He's famous for such insightful rhymes as this:
