4. Ronnie Raygun comes to mind

The guy was a bad actor who was a former Dem. He talked on and on about his star wars missiles that he got the nick name Raygun.

It wasn't until he committed treason and made a deal with the Iran terrorists to keep the hostages locked up longer, that he started making headway against Carter.

Then there is Ross Peroit. No one took him seriosly at first. Turned out he was right. But there is no scenario where Trump is right. The guy is dumber than W and Raygun combined. So since he is a bafoon, he is perfect for the RepubliCONS.
