I was surprised on Mother's Day to hear an older relative try to convince me that Bill and Trump cooked this up in a phone call in the weeks leading up to Trump's announcement. This person is an R, and HATES politics, so I'm not sure where they saw or heard this (or if they came up with it on their own), but it is definitely out there.
