I don't know why, as a Bernie supporter - due to the issues (imagine that!) - it would matter, one way or the other to me or anyone else. There is the feeling that the Clintons have spent the last eight years trying to nail down every little speck of possible opposition, ahead of time. So nothing would be a surprise.

Doesn't look like Hillary could count on beating Trump right now, and if something like this actually was true, the GOP would just hastily shove a more reasonable-sounding pasty white guy out there. Kasich, Jebbie, Mitt, a complete surprise. Who would beat Hillary handily. Anything could happen at the GOP convention. I am sure they have several candidates waiting in the wings.

And - neither party really gives a rat's ass about "the peoples' choice", if that choice is not what was wanted in the first place.
