though its a borderline trivialization of Hitler; but the issue here is the story as local news and a situation no one wanted including the 1% not wanting it publicized (nothing happening here: move on). The story was well put together capped I think by Nadia's truly effective photograph of a fuel tanker on its side but not on fire. It instantly gave an image that instantly inspires the all important five "W"s.

And also some others, like: Will that tanker catch fire or spill fuel into the sewers and ground? Are tankers safe? Are tankers traveling on highways a threat? Are tankers traveling on my streets? Are local authorities prepared for these events? Are tanker drivers safe? Are tankers and driver regulated and regularly tested?

Documentation and dissemination of this stuff is news but more importantly it is public education. Bringing it literally to the light of day in this case. After all, what else happens at night we do not know about?
