but it is not his supporters I am concerned about. The hard core trumpeters are going to and have been ignoring everything about him not sure why this would be any different.

I don't buy for a second that once the company defaulted and ownership went to the bank Trump was allowed to send the planes wherever he wanted. My bet is the government contracted the planes to pick up the troops and Trump had absolutely nothing to do with it as he no longer was a part of the business. Maybe I am ignorant and when banks seize control of your company they allow you to continue to squander the resources of the company but I would need to see proof of that before I believed it.

The other bonus in this fabricated story is it points out another one of trumps failures. A rather large failure at that with lots of background condemnation in it. Employees went on record at the time saying what a mess he made of it.
