As bad as the case was bumping and stumping along up until this time, at least Bundy had a competent attorney. Now it's going to go over to this nincompoop. The next couple of developments will be Ammon whining about his right to a speedy trial (again), followed very shortly by Philpott's filing of a motion for extension or motion to abate the proceedings.
