5. True story

A young lady apologized for not showing up for a scheduled appointment one day. She told me that spent the night before at the hospital with a close friend who was brain dead. She told me her friend walked across a busy road while texting. I told her that I hated to point out that her friend was already brain dead before she was literally brain dead.

I ran into her recently and she said she'll never forget my comment which she thought was cold (it was), but it taught her to leave her phone in her bag.

Some of them tell you they can multi-task.
