24. Anywhere from neutral to insulting, but that's irrelevant

Anybody who has spent even a week in the UK or Australia among regular folks knows that they use the C word as a friendly greeting, but you still can't use it with impunity here or among feminists elsewhere even if you are British or Australian, because it has clear and obvious misogynistic implications. Just like every other rap song is n-r this and n-r that. Doesn't mean the use is not racist here. The word "Bro" has absolutely no such negative loading making it prima facie prejudiced against men. Hoochie on the other hand... And that's before we even start looking at the difference between biased terms applied to people who as a group have different levels of institutional power. I'm about as far from a SJW as can survive on this site but even I know "dick" and "pussy" are not equally loaded insults simply because they refer to analogous body parts, and I know why. Maybe those feminist parents might need to cover that again.
