(4,775 posts)I don't want to see Warren OR Bernie as VP, it's a figure-head position whose primary duty is to support and rubber-stamp the policies of the POTUS, which in this case won't be the policies of Warren or Sanders. Seems like another way to get progressives to give in to unending triangulation by the corporatists, the VP being a meaningless bone thrown to the left.
So I'd rather Warren and Sanders fight for what they believe in in the Senate, assuming Bernie doesn't pursue a third-party run, which I am pretty sure he won't.
Hillary IS someone who could very well end up being impeached, you know it will be the primary agenda of Republicans. So that is the one argument that makes sense to me for either Warren or Sanders as VP. For me, thee arguments against outweigh the arguments for, so I hope they stay in the Senate rather than serve as VP to Hillary.
