If a person makes a racist comment, that DOES make them a racist. The person made the comment [View all]

of their own free will and not under duress. It was their choice. If they do not believe the comment to be racist, they are still a racist. If that person were to make the comment and then come to understand the comment is racist and acknowledge and apologize, then I would accept the apology, but that would not change the fact that the comment and person is a racist.
