9. She and Bernie both support Roe v. Wade, which made abortion

legal till the point of viability ,which is about the 26th week.

Once a healthy fetus is capable of independent life outside of the womb, Roe v. Wade said that restrictions can be placed, and both Bernie and Hillary accept Roe v. Wade. Furthermore, no doctor would be willing to abort a healthy fetus capable of life outside the womb, except for health reasons of the mother.
