12. What are you doing to change the laws in Minnesota?

Here's how you buy one in California:

Find a dealer
Fill out paperwork, which includes a firearms safety test and background check form.
Buying 30-round magazines? Move to another state. Can't buy them in or have them shipped to California.
Pay for rifle if background check comes back clean.
Pick up rifle if detailed background check comes back clean after ten business day waiting period.
