68. There's so much about the timing of all this . . . conspiracy?

I'm not a conspiracy nut but on the other hand, timing is all. And the timing sure did benefit all those financial institutions. And yet all those people who owned that money are left helpless and we're voting back in all the same people who did it to us the first time. How do you explain that?
