Unsafely and without courtesy or respect for neighbors. I grew up on a 100 acre farm where my dad built a private shooting range. We only shot there, never just out the back door or in the woods. Even with such a large buffer between ourselves and our neighbors, we were careful as I learned just how far the sound alone can carry, not to metiion the projectiles.
