9. Association versus coordination and conspiracy.

If somebody from DU goes and does something truly bad that could be called terrorism, you're associated with that person. You'e "linked" or "associated" with terrorism. I've had contact with the police but that doesn't make me a cop.

Those are weasel words because they say nothing but "you know the people or organization and have had contact with it."

It doesn't mean DU or anybody else helped coordinate or plan. For that we need evidence of, well, more than just a "link."

Even if the person bought something from a DU-sponsored "store" that helped fund DU, it wouldn't qualify if anybody could order.
