2. Five minutes is very fast.

Filling out the form probably takes most of that time. Then the time for the sales clerk to read the form's information to the NICS processing clerk.
But, the clerk seemed extraordinarily careful, demanding a vehicle registration in addition to photo I.D.

One more legitimate sale. Next, we'll hear how easy it is for this individual to join the NRA.
