(57,775 posts)52. Too may refuse to hold politicians to the fire on gun control
as we saw in the presidential campaign. We have had NRA talking points about immunity for gun corporations passed off as "progressive." The Democrats that do care about it are lambasted as "establishment," whereas someone who votes against the Brady Bill, for arms on Amtrack, in national parks, in cockpits, and endless other pro-gun legislation is held up as superior to all other politicians. As long as people refuse to prioritize gun control, this is the situation we get.

If you hunt with ANY weapon, you are regulated in all 50. Guns are regulated, too.
