Will Ryan be held to the same standard as TIP O'Neil was over the video feed? [View all]

The late Soeaker Tip O'Neil took a lot of heat in the 1980's for showing Newt Gingrich speaking to an empty House chamber as he "invited" an absent Democrat to respond. Today, Paul Ryan cut the feed altogether. Where is the outcry?
