U.S., Israel Discuss Triggers for Bombing Iran’s Nuclear Infrastructure

"The Obama administration is trying to assure Israel privately that it would strike Iran militarily if Tehran’s nuclear program crosses certain “red lines”—while attempting to dissuade the Israelis from acting unilaterally."

There seems to be a certain and steady drumbeat for war with Iran. As bad as the 'Great Recession' has been, military strikes on Iran would probably plunge the economy of the entire world into the abyss. Not to mention, of course, the potential for a violent and exceedingly destructive war waged throughout the Middle East and Iranian counterstrikes even here in the U.S.
