Retired NYC officer; re-located upstate; fired from position at Hartwick College for bullying; hired as a part-time guard at county jail.
We documented three times that he threatened people with guns in the six months before he killed my cousin's son. Allowed to plea on the one case mentioned in the OP's link.
There was a fuck of a lot of evidence that didn't make it into trial. But enough did, that the judge recognized him as a sociopath. And accurately so.
