Several years ago there was an incident in the Chicago area where the FBI were chasing a husband/wife bank robbery duo. They captured the husband and were chasing the wife. The official report released to the public was that the woman killed herself. The real story - law enforcement killed her.

My SIL's brother has some involvement in the case so passed along to us what her brother was telling the family.

By the way, when they were taking the husband my SIL heard that they gave him a rough ride. One of the charges filed against him was attempted murder of a police officer (my SIL's brother).
