As I pointed out to you in another post (the post listing the number of blacks and whites shot and killed by police), why is it that if blacks are 13% of the population but they're killed more frequently? Your previous post theory is at odds with this particular fact. Are we going to use the theory in your previous post or are we going to use an entirely different theory?
Also, since whites are the majority of the population why aren't unarmed white males being shot and killed with a higher frequency per capita?
