I'll see if I can find a link. It did show officers at the driver side rear of the car which would have been close enough to see that the driver side window was closed. Benjamin Crump was here assisting the family and they interviewed him on the local news. He pointed out that you could see the guy's blood on the window which proved for a fact that the window was in fact closed.

The police officer claimed fear for her life because she was afraid he was getting ready to reach inside the car to get a weapon. That has been proven an absured claim. There were several cops who, unless they were blind, should have noticed that the window was closed.
