It was supposed to be the leak that would "end" Hillary Clinton. It was going to be the October surprise that saved their Cheeto Jesus.
Nope.
It was an anniversary announcement for Wikileaks.

After the first hour, Assange finally appeared at the even via a livestream. And he began his remarks by also offering his thoughts on the impact WikiLeaks has had.
After about 10 minutes, Assange threw a big bucket of cold water on the whole hype: Understand, if were going to make a big publication, were not going to do it at 3 a.m. in the United States.
He did say there would still be a big something coming. He said WikiLeaks would be publishing weekly between now and the November 8 election documents related to Google, arms, the election, and some other stuff.
Conservative Twitter was not amused...
