Every single detail of the presidential and vice presidential debates is negotiated between the political parties. There are many issues discussed and they include such items as the height of the podia, on which side each candidate stands and the format of the debate.

Sarah Palin conveniently forgets that her running mate's campaign made the decision for her to be standing:

Format:
90-minute debate with candidates standing at podiums. Candidates questioned in turn with 90-second responses, followed by two minutes of open discussion for each question. Ninety second closing statements.

What is it with Republicans? Are they unaware of the permanence of the internet? Like Governor Pence last night, they deny facts that are easily proven. Stupid.

And Sarah Palin is an idiot.
