4. I've been asking myself this since watching that 70 year old man

On NBC Nightly News say he was staying in his easy chair, watching the weather coverage, until the power goes out. He lives on Nettles Island, on the west side of a barrier island. His elevation might be 4-5 feet. Maybe. I think the local emergency people need more body bags.
